The purpose of this program is to increase public awareness of the importance of early education and care and the services funded by the Partnership for Children. This includes a quarterly e-newsletter, special events, development of print materials, and public relations. Additionally, this program concentrates on developing and securing outside sources of support for the Partnership for Children and its funded projects.
